Remote Product Listing Specialist – No Experience Required | Oman

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Oman. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
