E-commerce Operations Assistant – 1–2 Years | Muharraq, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Bahrain (candidates near Muharraq preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
