E-commerce Operations Assistant – 0–1 Years | GCC Remote

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
