E-commerce Operations Assistant – 0–1 Years | Isa Town, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
