E-commerce Operations Assistant – 0–1 Years | Oman

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Oman. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
