E-commerce Operations Assistant – 1–2 Years | Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Kuwait (candidates near Ahmadi preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
