E-commerce Operations Assistant – 1–2 Years | Al Rayyan, Qatar

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data

• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
