E-commerce Operations Assistant – 1–2 Years | Worldwide Remote

A work-from-home e-commerce opportunity for people living in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Monitor stock levels and update availability

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data

• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 4,700–10,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
