E-commerce Operations Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Bahrain

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Bahrain. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
