E-commerce Operations Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Medina preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. • Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
