E-commerce Operations Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Worldwide Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy

• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–7,650 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
