E-commerce Operations Assistant – Internship | Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Kuwait (candidates near Ahmadi preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Basic image editing
