E-commerce Operations Assistant – Internship | Sohar, Oman

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels

• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
