E-commerce Operations Assistant – Internship | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Paid annual leave and public holidays
• Clear performance reviews every quarter

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 120–200 KWD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
