E-commerce Operations Assistant – Junior Level | Al Wakrah, Qatar

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
