E-commerce Operations Assistant – Junior Level | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience

• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
