Job summary

About the role

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
  • Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
  • Monitor stock levels and update availability
  • Process orders, returns and refund requests
  • Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
  • Report weekly sales and conversion figures
  • Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

Requirements

  • Familiarity with online shopping platforms
  • Attention to detail with product data
  • Consistent daily availability
  • Basic English writing skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets

Preferred skills

  • Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
  • Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
  • Arabic product copywriting
  • Basic image editing
