About the role

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Responsibilities

Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
Process orders, returns and refund requests
Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent

Requirements

Attention to detail with product data
Consistent daily availability
Comfortable working with spreadsheets
Familiarity with online shopping platforms

Preferred skills

Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
Arabic product copywriting
Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
