E-commerce Operations Assistant – Junior Level | Worldwide Remote

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 2,750–6,200 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
