E-commerce Operations Assistant – No Experience Required | Ajman, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ajman preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
