E-commerce Operations Assistant – No Experience Required | Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Bahrain. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills

• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
