E-commerce Operations Assistant – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
