E-commerce Operations Assistant – No Experience Required | Lusail, Qatar

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar (candidates near Lusail preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
