E-commerce Operations Assistant – No Experience Required | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A work-from-home e-commerce opportunity for people living in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Riyadh preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
