E-commerce Operations Assistant – No Experience Required | Worldwide Remote

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
