E-commerce Support Associate – 0–1 Years | Ahmadi, Kuwait

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Kuwait (candidates near Ahmadi preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
