E-commerce Support Associate – 0–1 Years | Al Wakrah, Qatar

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Monitor stock levels and update availability

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
