E-commerce Support Associate – Fresh Graduates | Hawalli, Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
