E-commerce Support Associate – Fresh Graduates | Lusail, Qatar

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Lusail preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience

• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,800–8,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
