E-commerce Support Associate – Fresh Graduates | Worldwide Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. • Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy

• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
