E-commerce Support Associate – Internship | Ajman, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ajman preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy

• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
