E-commerce Support Associate – Internship | GCC Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
