E-commerce Support Associate – Internship | Mecca, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Mecca preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
