E-commerce Support Associate – Internship | Qatar

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years
