E-commerce Support Associate – Junior Level | GCC Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections

• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
