E-commerce Support Associate – Junior Level | Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Jeddah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting

• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day

You must be legally resident in Saudi Arabia to apply. The indicative range for this role is 2,750–6,200 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
