This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
