E-commerce Support Associate – Junior Level | Sohar, Oman

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Sohar preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
