E-commerce Support Associate – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills

• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
