E-commerce Support Associate – No Experience Required | Salalah, Oman

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
