Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – 0–1 Years | Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
