Social Media Trainee – Junior Level | Farwaniya, Kuwait

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Farwaniya preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
