Social Media Content Coordinator – Junior Level | Nizwa, Oman

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Nizwa preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Good written English
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Fully remote work with no commute
