Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – 0–1 Years | Oman

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Oman. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 300–700 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
