Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – 1–2 Years | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Kuwait. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English

• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
