Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Al Rayyan, Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
