Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Dammam, Saudi Arabia

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Dammam preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.

You must be legally resident in Saudi Arabia to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–7,650 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
