Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Kuwait City, Kuwait

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing

• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Clear performance reviews every quarter

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.
