Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms

• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

You must be legally resident in Bahrain to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
