Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Salalah, Oman

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
